About

I am inspired by beautiful architecture, history, places which have a sentimental meaning to me, people who inspire me and I love animals so they also feature in my work. I have a fondness for anything creative and also love to write and to sculpt. 

I have always loved art and I have studied at various universities over the years and was awarded a 1st Class BA Honours degree at The University Of Central England and an MSc at Huddersfield University. I even tried my hand at teaching for a little while in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Through the sale of my art I want to give something back so I support various charities with proceeds from sales. I work with Print Work to ensure reproduction prints use sustainable / recycled art paper, and the supplier is  environmentally conscious.
